Established in 1950, Asansol Polytechnic stands proudly as one of India’s leading polytechnic institutions. Nestled in South Dhadka, Asansol, the college offers full-time diploma programs in a variety of engineering disciplines, including Mining, Mine Surveying, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. We aim to see success of every student and alumni and to create and reinforce lifelong intellectual, professional, and personal connections among its members to serve the community and to strengthen the link between the alumni and their alma mater.

The mission of Asansol Polytechnic Alumni Association is to create a sustainable lifelong and worldwide community of APT alumni through increased opportunities for meaningful engagement in order to increase awareness, pride, participation, volunteer involvement, and charitable commitment to Asansol Polytechnic.
